Classic Cheese Ball

cheese ball(Makes Two Servings)


- 2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped ham or dried beef*
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder


1. In a large bowl stir together cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir in chopped meat. Stir in seasonings. Mix well.

2. Divide mixture in half and form each into a ball. Cover with saran wrap and chill.

3. Unwrap and roll each ball in chopped pecans. Rewrap and chill several hours for best flavor. Serve with crackers.
